The Junior IT Project Manager Analyst position at Brooksource involves supporting a Fortune 500 banking client in their Engineering Technology and Operations Group. This role is designed for recent graduates or individuals with limited professional IT experience who are eager to contribute to cloud transformation projects. The position offers a hybrid work environment and focuses on developing skills in project management, cloud solutions, and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Drive Cloud 2.0 projects, including private cloud solutions and the creation of strategic roadmaps and dashboards.
• Develop and optimize Power BI reports, flow diagrams, Jira workflows, and SQL queries.
• Identify opportunities for automation of manual tasks.
• Receive training in Agile methodologies and Jira to enhance project delivery.

Requirements

• Up to one year of professional IT experience or relevant educational background from universities or boot camps.
• Excellent organizational, communication, analytical, and logical skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, including macros.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Jira, Jira Roadmap, or related tools.
• Experience with Power BI or Power Automate.
• Experience with JQL or SQL.
• Experience in Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodology.
