This role is ideal for those looking to establish a career in business, sales, or recruiting but may not know where to start. The Talent Sourcer will play a crucial role in supporting the branch's recruiting efforts by identifying and engaging qualified IT candidates. The position is designed for individuals who are eager to learn and grow within the industry, with the potential to transition into a full-desk recruiter role within six months, contingent upon performance evaluations. This position requires a proactive approach to candidate sourcing, including making a minimum of 250 calls per week to prospective candidates.
