The Junior IT Service Delivery Coordinator at Precision Technology Solutions is a full-time entry-level role focused on ensuring the smooth operation of clients' networks and systems. This position supports the IT Service Delivery Manager by coordinating service activities, troubleshooting network issues, and providing exceptional customer service. The role is ideal for a proactive individual looking to develop their technical skills in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the IT Service Delivery Manager in coordinating and prioritizing service requests, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution.
  • Perform network services and troubleshooting, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of network devices such as routers, switches, and access points.
  • Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues and escalate complex problems to senior staff as needed.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients during service engagements, both on-site and remotely.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, service activities, and troubleshooting steps in our system.
  • Monitor and report on service performance metrics, identifying areas for proactive improvement.
  • Collaborate with senior technicians and other team members to implement customized solutions aligned with client goals.
  • Communicate service updates, progress, and potential issues with clients, ensuring transparency throughout the process.
  • Support initiatives to improve service efficiency, including process documentation and enhancements.

Requirements

  • Foundational experience or education in IT service delivery, network troubleshooting, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and experience with network device configuration is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic work environments and collaborate with diverse teams.
