Insight Global is seeking a Junior Java Developer to join a team for one of our large insurance clients. This individual will need to be strong in Java Development. You will assist in the design, development, and implementation of Java-based applications. This role is crucial as it involves working closely with other developers and stakeholders to ensure that the applications meet the needs of the business and are delivered on time. The ideal candidate will be local to either Charlotte, NC or Hartford, CT and comfortable in a hybrid work model, which combines both in-office and remote work. As a Junior Java Developer, you will be responsible for writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code. You will also debug and resolve technical issues that arise during the development process. This position requires a strong understanding of Java and related technologies, as well as experience with cloud technologies, particularly AWS. You will be expected to collaborate with team members to enhance existing applications and contribute to new projects, ensuring that all development work aligns with the company's standards and best practices.
