Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Loan Officers.
  • Deliver high-level customer service via email and phone.
  • Answer basic questions about the loan process.
  • Gather information from customers as directed by Loan Officers.
  • Market services via social media and outreach to past customers.
  • Assist in managing inbound leads from interested customers.

Requirements

  • Previous sales or customer service experience (full-time or part-time).
  • Mortgage experience preferred but not required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Desire to succeed and grow within the company.
  • Motivated, competitive, and driven personality.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the mortgage industry.
