With a track record of over $3 Billion in private capital and hard money loans since 2009, Capital Fund 1 offers competitive bridge, acquisition, and construction loan programs for land, residential, and commercial real estate investments. We are seeking motivated and driven Cold Call Specialists to join our growing team in Scottsdale, focusing on hard money loans. This individual will play a key role in establishing and expanding the Arizona office's client base. This position has immense growth opportunities. Our ideal candidate is an individual who has a desire to get their start in the real estate/financing industry, with the ability to grow into a full-fledged Loan Officer as the candidate's skills progress.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate new business relationships with investors, builders, and real estate developers.
  • Proactively prospect for new borrowers through a combination of cold calling and attending networking events.
  • Make cold calls to past and new clients.
  • Average 175 cold calls per work day for the month to reach bonus.
  • Work with in-house Loan Officers to understand the prospecting process and help them grow.
  • Conduct yourself in a professional manner that upholds CF1's reputation.
  • Learn to work with other internal departments - underwriting, processing, and servicing.
  • Create and maintain relationships with our borrowers.

Requirements

  • Coachable and hungry to learn and grow.
  • Sales and real estate experience; NMLS licenses are not required.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM usage.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent phone and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in sales or real estate is preferred but not mandatory.
