Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs through fact-finding interactions.
• Conduct presentations and demonstrations as required by the client.
• Learn and retain in-depth knowledge about the brands' products, services, and competitor offers.
• Handle customer queries promptly and professionally.
• Complete new customer registrations, including collecting personal data with discretion and accuracy.
• Track interactions and compile daily reports for client feedback.
