About the position

The Curl Suite is looking for a Junior Marketing Brand Coordinator to manage the salon's online presence and customer relations. This part-time role involves social media management, customer service, online order fulfillment, and brand strategy development to enhance the salon's visibility and engagement within the community.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute engaging social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
• Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with the team to create promotions, contests, and announcements
• Track social media analytics to measure effectiveness and suggest improvements
• Respond to phone calls and emails from customers in a friendly and helpful manner
• Answer customer questions regarding services, pricing, and scheduling
• Resolve customer complaints and issues, providing top-tier service at all times
• Process and manage online orders for products and services
• Ensure timely shipment and accuracy of order fulfillment
• Follow up with customers to confirm delivery and satisfaction
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies to enhance brand presence
• Assist with marketing campaigns and community outreach to attract new clients
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and suggest innovative ideas to grow the brand

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media for a brand or business
• Strong customer service skills, both over the phone and online
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with basic marketing and branding concepts
• Knowledge of the beauty and wellness industry is a plus
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is preferred
