About the position

The Junior Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the fundraising team to plan, coordinate, and execute fundraising initiatives in the local area. This role offers hands-on training in event management and nonprofit fundraising campaigns, providing an opportunity to contribute to meaningful community initiatives while developing valuable marketing skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Ensure exceptional customer service at events with the promotional marketing staff.
• Drive client acquisition, lead generation, and brand loyalty through sales activities at events.
• Participate in rigorous leadership training with the potential to manage your own events and projects for new clients.
• Provide consultation on client compliance.
• Perform additional responsibilities as directed.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on customer service and organizational/time management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience in marketing, sales, customer service, retail, or advertising is advantageous.
