This entry-level position is designed for individuals who are eager to learn and grow in the field of digital advertising, particularly on Facebook. In this role, you will assist in building and managing advertisements across various platforms, with a primary focus on Facebook. You will be responsible for creating, developing, and optimizing ad campaigns, monitoring and managing comments on our Facebook ads, and analyzing ad performance to prepare regular reports on key metrics. Collaboration with the marketing team is essential to ensure that ad strategies align with our overall marketing goals. We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and has a positive attitude, as well as a willingness to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising. This position offers flexible part-time hours, with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, and the potential for up to 30 hours.

Responsibilities

• Create, develop, and optimize ad campaigns on Facebook and other digital platforms.
• Monitor and manage Facebook ad comments, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
• Analyze ad performance and prepare regular reports on key metrics.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align ad strategies with overall marketing goals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience with Facebook Ads Manager and other digital advertising platforms is preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
