The Junior-Midlevel Real Estate Transactions Attorney position is an associate role within a premier regional law firm in Nashville. This role focuses on transactions related to the financing, acquisition, development, and leasing of commercial real estate, both locally in Tennessee and nationally. The attorney will engage in both real estate development and finance work, requiring a solid background in transactional law.

Responsibilities

• Handle transactions associated with the financing of commercial real estate.
• Assist in the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties.
• Engage in real estate development work.
• Manage leasing transactions for commercial real estate.
• Provide legal advice on real estate finance matters.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in real estate transactions.
• Experience in acquisition, disposition, financing, and development of commercial real estate.
• Strong academic background and Tennessee Bar admission.
• Excellent communication skills.
