Responsibilities

• Educate loan applicants about various residential mortgage loans and answer questions to build personal relationships.
• Liaise between realtors, senior mortgage loan originators, underwriters, mortgage lenders, and loan processors to ensure successful loan transactions.
• Review options with senior loan officers to recommend appropriate home loan products based on applicants' financial status.
• Assemble financial information to assist with loan applications, prepare loan files, and assess applicants' financial situation and eligibility.

Requirements

• Willingness to complete a training program to obtain NMLS/MLO/state license.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree is desired.
• Familiarity with home mortgage program guidelines and various types of loans such as FHA, commercial loans, VA, etc. is beneficial but not required.
• Exceptional communication, sales, relationship, and MS Office skills are necessary.
• Experience in real estate, lending institutions, credit unions, financial services, or related fields is desired but not required.
