About the position

As a Junior Operations Analyst at IntouchCX, you will be responsible for overseeing the integrity and efficiency of operational databases. This role emphasizes maintaining data accuracy, consistency, and timely updates across various systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data discrepancies, ensuring that all relevant information is accessible for decision-making. This is a temporary contract position lasting 2 months.

Responsibilities

• Regularly monitor, update, and maintain operational databases to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Perform detailed audits of database content to verify data accuracy and consistency across systems, resolving any discrepancies or issues promptly.
• Ensure that all systems and databases are updated with the latest information in a timely manner to support operational needs and strategic initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for streamlining database management, improving data workflows, and increasing overall efficiency.
• Work with internal stakeholders to understand operational needs and ensure that database information aligns with business requirements.
• Address and resolve database issues or inaccuracies, collaborating with all departments.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of practical business analysis experience.
• Demonstrated experience in analyzing business systems and processes, Excel, and other database management tools.
• Strong experience with database management and data integrity practices.
• Ability to work with large datasets and ensure data consistency across multiple platforms.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrated strength in communication, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical understanding and problem-solving skills.
