About the position

The Jr. Operations Analyst position at Volt involves managing day-to-day operational support functions for the Advanced Vehicle Technology (AVT) team. This role is essential for ensuring smooth program operations, minimizing service disruptions, and supporting financial operations through critical data entry and management tasks. The position is temporary for 3 months with a strong possibility of extension and offers a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead day-to-day operational support functions for the AVT team.
• Perform critical SAP data entry of vehicle infotainment specs to support financial operations.
• Manage financial and accounting operations of AVT programs including billing, invoicing, payment, and PO management.
• Create, maintain, and update internal reference guides for AVT programs.
• Provide administrative support on an ad-hoc basis to the AVT team for strategic planning tasks.
• Own financial and accounting reconciliation of AVT programs.
• Manage purchase orders, payment submissions, and invoice validations.
• Lead coordination with internal finance/accounting and partner/supplier billing contacts.

Requirements

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, V-lookup).
• Working knowledge of SAP is desired, but training is available.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in budgeting, finance, or analyst roles.
• Bachelor's degree.
