About the position

We provide EDI/API Managed services on our private cloud, offering PaaS and SaaS solutions, and we're looking for talented individuals who are eager to grow with us. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Operations and Sales Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will provide critical support to both our operations and sales teams, working closely with senior staff to ensure smooth business operations and client satisfaction. This is an entry-level position designed for recent university graduates who are looking to develop their skills and grow into future leaders within our company.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing daily office operations, including coordinating schedules, organizing meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Help maintain accurate records of company activities and transactions.
  • Work with senior operations staff to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing proposals, managing customer communications, and tracking sales activities.
  • Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Participate in client meetings and follow up on action items.
  • Work closely with other departments, including marketing, finance, and IT, to ensure seamless operations across the organization.
  • Support the coordination of inter-departmental projects and initiatives.
  • Participate in training and mentorship programs aimed at developing your leadership and technical skills.
  • Engage in continuous learning opportunities to stay updated on industry trends and company best practices.

Requirements

  • Recent university graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
