Junior Photographer

We are seeking a creative and passionate Junior Photographer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in capturing high-quality images and videos that align with our brand's vision. You will work closely with senior photographers and other team members to produce compelling visual content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing materials. Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing photo shoots, ensuring all necessary equipment is prepared and functional.
• Capture high-quality images and videos in various settings, adapting to different lighting and environmental conditions.
• Edit photos using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Lightroom, to enhance image quality and achieve desired effects.
• Utilize photo manipulation techniques to create visually appealing content that meets project specifications.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop concepts for social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
• Manage post-production tasks, including organizing files, retouching images, and preparing final assets for delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends in photography and social media management to bring fresh ideas to the team.

Requirements

• Proficiency in photography techniques and equipment is essential.
• Familiarity with photo editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Capture One, Final Cut Pro, and other tools within the Adobe Creative Suite is highly desirable.
• Experience in photo manipulation and post-production processes is a plus.
• Knowledge of social media management strategies and trends will be beneficial for content creation.
• A background in journalism or visual storytelling can enhance your candidacy but is not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are key attributes for success in this role.
