The Junior Product Configuration Administrator at Zero Zone, Inc. plays a crucial role in the design and maintenance of the ERP Product Configurator, as well as customer-facing systems and processes. This position requires a blend of technical skills, time management, organizational abilities, and a keen attention to detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the rules and logic for Product Configuration, taking ownership of Configurator-related tasks and projects, and collaborating cross-functionally to investigate and resolve any ERP or Configurator issues that may arise. In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Product Configuration Specialist to ensure that product configuration logic within the ERP and/or CPQ environments is accurately maintained. You will need to demonstrate logical thinking when creating and maintaining Configurator rules, and you will be expected to support and troubleshoot problems related to the Configurator and ERP software. Additionally, you will assist with the upgrade and implementation of future ERP integrations and CPQ software, interpret and maintain SQL reports, and utilize applications such as Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes. The position also involves leading discussions related to the CR/CO process, NSO process, and CI initiatives, along with other duties as assigned.
