About the position

The Junior Product Manager will play a crucial role in defining and enhancing customer product experiences across the Digital Media portfolio. This position involves engaging with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch of new products and the improvement of existing ones, focusing on delivering best-in-class customer experiences throughout the entire customer journey.

Responsibilities

  • Understand the product go-to-market strategy and competitive landscape to align customer experience with needs.
  • Identify key personas and customer journeys, map flows, and analyze performance using data from various sources.
  • Conduct customer interviews, develop user tests, and identify breakdowns in the customer journey.
  • Size and prioritize opportunities based on quantitative and qualitative methods.
  • Facilitate discussions with cross-functional teams to develop solutions and drive organizational action.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the consumer software industry.
  • Experience in business development strategy or product marketing is also considered valuable.
  • Ability to manage through ambiguity and make sound decisions with incomplete data.
  • Proven track record of assessing trade-offs, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining a bias for action.
  • Familiarity with creative/design tools and processes.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to incorporate diverse viewpoints.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills at cross-functional and executive levels.
  • MBA preferred or equivalent practical experience.
