About the position

The position is an internship role within CNH Industrial's product team, focusing on enhancing customer experience through collaboration and individual contributions. Interns will engage in product initiatives, participate in agile and product development ceremonies, and develop essential product management skills while working alongside experienced professionals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customer-facing teams to understand and validate new enhancement requests from customers
• Help design new product concepts to validate with customers
• Review usage data to inform product decisions
• Assist in developing product requirements
• Collaborate with engineering to build high-quality products that reflect end-to-end thinking
• Support product development initiatives with market research on competitive landscape and industry trends
• Coordinate and work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches
• Analyze production support data and prepare recommendations based on findings

Requirements

• Pursuing a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Product Management, Business, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related degree area
