Responsibilities

  • Drive content and campaign management for marketing materials and sales support content.
  • Manage the strategic content campaign calendar to prioritize and sequence messaging.
  • Track content development and usage, ensuring quality control on public and internal sites.
  • Identify content that needs to be retired or refreshed.
  • Implement and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures related to content management.
  • Challenge existing practices to improve standards and processes.
  • Deliver projects on time with strong attention to detail and quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in financial services or wealth management.
  • Excellent project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and lead projects with minimal oversight.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Genuine interest in wealth management client business.
