The Junior Project Coordinator will support the platform integration and consolidation team at a large healthcare client. This fully remote position requires the candidate to assist in various project aspects, including building presentations, communicating with stakeholders, and managing administrative tasks. The role is a 6-month contract working Eastern Standard Time hours.

  • Support the platform integration and consolidation team.
  • Build presentation decks for stakeholders.
  • Communicate and present project updates to business stakeholders.
  • Organize team administrative tasks.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Previous experience in healthcare.
  • Previous experience working with Confluence.
  • Previous experience working with Jira.
