About the position

The Junior Project Manager & Executive Assistant position at Homemade Projects involves providing comprehensive support to the CEO while managing various projects across the organization. This role is essential for ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the company, particularly in the music merchandising industry.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the executive's calendar, to-dos, follow-ups, and overall project tracking.
  • Prepare and organize materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports, along with post-meeting notes and follow-ups.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external partners.
  • Assist with correspondence and communication, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
  • Support the planning and execution of projects for high-profile clients, coordinating timelines and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and propose solutions to keep initiatives on track.
  • Maintain project documentation, including reports, meeting notes, and action items.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including expense reporting, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Assist in preparing budgets and tracking expenditures related to projects and events.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support project initiatives and executive decision-making.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative role, preferably in the music or entertainment industry.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and adaptability.
