Responsibilities

• Utilize agile methodology, values, principles, and practices to effectively plan, manage, and deliver solutions and new capabilities.
• Develop, configure, and maintain projects, workflows, permissions, and automation to meet the evolving needs of the team.
• Provide technical support to users to ensure efficient use of Atlassian products.
• Ensure that goals, scope, and product backlog items are understood and can be fulfilled by team members.
• Manage risks and opportunities and ensure that best practices are followed.
• Anticipate customer needs and work to exceed customer expectations.
• Work well under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Define and improve process flows to realize efficiencies for BAE Systems and the customer.
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines.
• Develop trusted relationships with internal and external customers; communicate daily with internal and external customers related to assigned program areas.
• Create and update documentations, user manuals, and procedures.

Requirements

• Valid Top Secret Clearance license.
• Valid PMP certification.
• Experience in Scrum methodology.
• Master's degree.
