Junior Quickbase Consultant

About the position

The Junior Quickbase Consultant will be responsible for the ongoing administration of cloud business systems, specifically focusing on no-code solutions using Quickbase. This role involves translating business requirements into technical specifications, creating documentation, and improving business processes through effective system management.

Responsibilities

• Ongoing administration of cloud business systems with a focus on no-code solutions (Quickbase)
• Translate business requirements and process documentation into technical requirements, solution design, and reporting design
• Create and maintain effective application documentation and user support materials
• Analyze and implement best practice business processes aligned with forward-facing technology and solutions at scale
• Monitor routine and critical processes and workflows and proactively identify problem trends
• Gather feedback from end users to continue improving systems
• Work on multiple initiatives to further develop and improve business systems for end-to-end project lifecycle management
• Troubleshoot issues with platforms
• Participate in the creation of best practice documentation, process/workflow mapping, and user guidelines

Requirements

• 3-5 years demonstrated experience in the administration and support of business systems software platforms
• College Degree with IT or Business Process major/focus preferred
