Responsibilities
- Evaluating applications and quickly determining fit to screen
- Screening numerous applicants on a daily basis to meet bulk recruiting goals
- Scheduling interviews
- Conducting interviews
- Assessing candidates via interview
- Presenting candidates for interview and follow up
- Sourcing at all applicable avenues
- Networking to identify qualified candidates for open positions
- Working closely with Recruiters to facilitate hiring process
- Attending weekly meetings with team
- Marketing job postings via social media
- Attending local job fairs in assigned market and developing relationships with schools
- Meeting quota and deadlines
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 1+ year experience in a recruiting role
- 1+ year experience with talent management/applicant tracking system software (iCIMS preferred)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
- Experience working in a fast-paced setting with high-volume work load
