About the position

The Junior Research Analyst position at ManTech International involves conducting comprehensive research and data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning. Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive research and analyze data to support decision making and strategic planning.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and synthesize information, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Conduct in-depth research on various topics, including market trends, industry analysis, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies.
  • Gather data from multiple sources, including databases, reports, websites, and primary research.
  • Analyze and interpret data using statistical methods and qualitative techniques.
  • Identify key trends, patterns, and insights from research findings; develop reports, presentations, and summaries to communicate research findings to stakeholders.
  • Assist in the implementation of research projects, including survey development and data collection; support the development and maintenance of research databases and knowledge repositories.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Social Sciences, or related discipline.
  • High School and 4 years of additional experience may be used in lieu of required degree.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data.
  • Proficiency in using statistical software and data analysis tools.
  • Proficient in conducting research using various sources, including databases, online platforms, and academic journals.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree in Business, Economics, Social Sciences, or related discipline.
  • Familiarity with research methodologies, data visualization techniques, and statistical analysis.
  • Knowledge of data collection and survey design.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with qualitative research methods (e.g., interviews, focus groups).
