About the position

The Junior Research Analyst at GWI will play a crucial role in the Custom Research team, managing small to medium research projects and supporting larger initiatives. This position involves leading client communications, understanding research needs, developing tailored surveys, and ensuring timely and accurate data delivery. The role requires building strong relationships with clients and internal teams while adapting to a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

• Run small to medium Custom Research projects.
• Support the manager on larger research projects.
• Lead client communications and manage day-to-day project activities from study sign-off to data delivery.
• Review briefing documents and participate in meetings to understand client research needs.
• Provide input on effective research approaches and develop tailored questions or surveys.
• Manage multiple custom research projects, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy of data.
• Clearly explain project findings to clients and internal teams.

Requirements

• Understanding of methodologies used in market research, including interview approaches and survey data.
• Awareness of research practices such as questionnaire writing, quotas, and weighting.
• Ability to produce well-written and designed outputs using survey data.
• Adaptability to changing business requirements and requests.
