About the position

The Junior Salesforce Administrator will support the Consumer Communications Department at a Costa Mesa-based company. This role is focused on managing Salesforce.com to enhance user experience and data integrity, while also providing guidance on system usage. It is a long-term temporary position with a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

  • Use Salesforce.com to manage users, create custom fields, page layouts, reports, and dashboards.
  • Track project progress using custom fields in Salesforce records to increase accountability among teams.
  • Modify fields in Salesforce as needed.
  • Perform data reconciliation and identify duplicates in the system.
  • Add options to picklists in Salesforce.
  • Provide support and guidance for the Salesforce system.
  • Collaborate with dealers to integrate Salesforce into the marketing research channel.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce tools and functionalities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Completed Salesforce.com Administrator training.
