About the position

The Junior Salesforce Solutions Architect at PRIA Healthcare Management, LLC is a pivotal role within our rapidly growing Product Team, responsible for driving key strategic initiatives and projects as we innovate on our Salesforce platform. This position can be performed remotely or from our headquarters in Torrington, CT. The Junior Solutions Architect will collaborate closely with Salesforce Developers, Product Leaders, and various stakeholders to create comprehensive project plans, manage budgets, and monitor all aspects of our Product Roadmap. This role is essential in identifying critical internal and external customer needs, ensuring that we deliver high-value improvements and new capabilities that support our programs effectively. In this role, the Junior Solutions Architect will manage the full project lifecycle for initiatives leveraging the Salesforce platform. This includes working with stakeholders to define project scope, budget, requirements, resources, and schedules. The architect will also identify project risks and conflicts, developing mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Establishing and maintaining relationships with third parties and vendors is crucial, as is acting as the key interface point between business stakeholders and the product team. The architect will track project performance and metrics to drive successful short- and long-term goals, while maintaining clear and accessible project documentation. Additionally, the Junior Solutions Architect will document the existing architecture of the Salesforce platform and dictate the direction of the platform architecture, focusing on efficiency, scalability, and configurability. They will develop a product roadmap to introduce enhancements and new features that can generate additional revenue. Regular reviews of Salesforce platform performance and user adoption will be conducted to identify areas for optimization and enhancement, ensuring that our solutions remain robust and effective.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full project lifecycle on initiatives leveraging the Salesforce platform
  • Work with stakeholders to define scope, budget, requirements, resources, and schedule
  • Identify project risks/conflicts and develop mitigation strategies
  • Develop monitoring and status reporting mechanisms for executive management
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties and vendors
  • Act as the key interface point between business stakeholders and the product team
  • Track project performance & metrics to drive successful short and long-term goals
  • Maintain clear and accessible project documentation
  • Document Existing Architecture of the Salesforce Platform
  • Dictate the direction of the platform architecture while keeping in mind the efficiency, scalability and configurable nature of the product
  • Develop product roadmap to introduce enhancements and new features that can be utilized for additional revenue generation
  • Establish a development lifecycle process from discovery to deployment
  • Regularly review Salesforce platform performance and user adoption, identifying areas for optimization and enhancement.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Project Management experience (Healthcare industry preferred, and PMP or PMI preferred)
  • 5+ years of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud experience (Salesforce Admin Certification required)
  • Understanding of Apex, LWC, Aura Components
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, design patterns, and limits
  • Expertise in data modeling, management, and security
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to articulate complex solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience leading technical teams and collaborating with project managers and developers
  • Knowledge of integrating Salesforce with other systems using middleware tools and APIs (preferably Mulesoft)
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce Platform, relevant best practices and experience managing complex Salesforce environments including 3rd party apps
  • Analytical with a strong familiarity with project management tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Resourceful and motivated self-starter who can work relatively independently.
