Responsibilities

• Facilitates or guides software development in an Agile/Scrum environment under supervision from senior scrum masters.
• Collaborates and communicates with team members to improve team effectiveness.
• Engages in discussions and decision-making, assisting in conflict resolution.
• Elicits and documents business requirements from project stakeholders.

Requirements

• Current Secret level clearance.
• Expertise in one or more programming languages.
• Ability to apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to Operations, Maintenance and Sustainment (OM&S) of Mission Partner Environments (MPE).
• Bachelor's degree and 0-2 years of prior relevant experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of BICES-X or other MPE Programs.
• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years' experience.
