About the position

Porsche of Tucson is seeking a Junior Service Advisor to enhance customer communications and assist with administrative tasks in the Service Department. This role focuses on educating customers about vehicle maintenance and repairs, ensuring a high-quality customer experience throughout the service process. The Junior Service Advisor will work closely with technicians and other departments to provide expert service and support.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers upon arrival in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Assist service writers with customer check-in and check-out as needed
• Move cars on the lot as needed
• Ensure all phone calls are answered and all messages returned within 2 hours
• Maintain loaner car readiness
• Check out and receive loaner vehicles, performing inspections of the loaners and check out and return
• Follow-up with customers on the status of their vehicle and satisfaction of service
• Perform administrative tasks as required

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of prior automotive service advisor/writer experience is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, in person and over the phone
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Collaborative and works well with others to achieve department goals and meet customer needs
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
