About the position

CACI is seeking a Junior Java Software Developer who will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, focusing on analyzing and implementing solutions for government contract and procurement data. The role involves architecting data models, enhancing Java applications, building reports, and optimizing user experience as part of a Scaled Agile (SAFe) development team.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and implement solutions using technology to solve complex problems involving government contract and procurement data.
• Architect data models and create/enhance Java applications.
• Build reports and optimize user experience.
• Support efforts to enhance the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE).
• Make adjustments or recommend enhancements in systems and processes to improve effectiveness.

Requirements

• Experience developing Java-based enterprise web applications.
• Understanding and ability to apply standards, principles, theories, and technical concepts obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
• Bachelor's Degree (BS) and minimum 0-2 years of related work experience.
• US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a US Secret Security Clearance.
