About the position

We are seeking a Junior SQL/BI Developer to join our team in Charlotte for a contract position lasting 6+ months. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of SQL and Business Intelligence tools, and will be responsible for assisting in the development and maintenance of BI solutions. This role will involve working closely with senior developers and analysts to gather requirements, design data models, and create reports that provide insights into business performance. The Junior SQL/BI Developer will also be tasked with troubleshooting and optimizing existing SQL queries and BI reports to ensure they meet the needs of the business stakeholders. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and learning in the field of data analytics and business intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and maintenance of SQL queries and BI reports.
• Collaborate with senior developers to gather requirements for BI solutions.
• Design and implement data models to support reporting needs.
