About the position

The Sustainability Program Manager/Sr. Analyst role is focused on supporting climate-related measurement, management, and reporting of greenhouse gas (GHG) and carbon emissions. This position emphasizes data integrity, reporting accuracy, and process improvements to enhance sustainability initiatives. The role involves collaboration across teams to report GHG inventory and drive energy efficiency projects.

Responsibilities

• Report GHG inventory data using Excel, PowerPoint, and dashboards.
• Support data collection, validation, and surveys for emissions tracking.
• Consolidate and analyze emissions reduction initiatives across Scopes 1, 2, and 3.
• Benchmark sustainability standards (e.g., ESG, SASB, CDP, TCFD).
• Assist with audits, process improvements, and data-driven insights.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and MS Office.
• Familiarity with Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions reporting.
• 3+ years of data analytics or research experience.
• 2+ years of sustainability or GHG accounting experience.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Salesforce or Salesforce Net Zero Cloud.
• Knowledge of sustainability frameworks and protocols.
• Public accounting or consulting experience.
