About the position

The Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist will support the recruitment process for SpecialtyRx, a Long-Term Care pharmacy. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and assisting in hiring top candidates for various pharmacy-related positions, requiring an understanding of the unique demands and regulatory environment of the long-term care pharmacy industry.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and timely recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Maintain positive relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and best practices in recruiting, particularly those related to healthcare and pharmacy.
  • Participate in career fairs, college recruiting events, and other networking opportunities to promote the company and attract top talent.
  • Handle remote work equipment process for new hires.
  • Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
  • Assist with any additional HR-related tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or human resources; experience in healthcare or pharmacy recruitment is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • A positive, proactive attitude with a passion for building relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Knowledge of healthcare recruiting trends and regulations, especially those impacting long-term care pharmacies, is a plus.
