About the position

As a Junior Talent Sourcer at StaffRight Talent, you will play a vital role in the recruitment process by identifying and engaging potential candidates for roles in the oil and gas and heavy civil construction sectors. Your primary focus will be on building talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs, utilizing various sourcing techniques and channels.

Responsibilities

• Actively search for potential candidates using social media platforms and Boolean searches.
• Identify individuals with relevant experience and skills in the oil and gas and heavy civil construction domains.
• Leverage cold calling techniques to reach out to passive candidates.
• Craft and send recruiting emails to potential candidates, introducing them to job opportunities.
• Interact with candidates professionally, answering their queries and providing relevant information.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and discuss sourcing strategies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical positions.
• Promote the employer brand by communicating company culture, values, and growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Talent Sourcer or in a similar role, preferably within the oil and gas or heavy civil construction industry.
• Familiarity with industry-specific roles, technical skills, and certifications.
• Strong networking abilities, especially on social media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to identify relevant qualifications and match them to job requirements.
• Willingness to proactively seek out potential candidates.
