Responsibilities

  • Provides post-sale technical support services to customers, including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution, and maintenance.
  • Responds to customer questions regarding operation and malfunctions.
  • Advises customers on preventive maintenance and configuration adjustments to improve product performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinates all aspects of a product or service offering for a client, from inception to installation to final delivery.
  • Applies theoretical knowledge to achieve goals through structured work assignments.
  • Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems and analyzes information to make judgments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience with SQL and code debugging.
  • Technical support experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of AS/400 is preferred.
  • Understanding of fixed income business is preferred.
