About the position

Concept Plus is seeking a Technical Trainer to support a large scale training delivery effort. The role involves providing training to end-users in the maintenance and financial fields, utilizing Government-provided materials and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure that all training meets established learning objectives. Training will be conducted in various formats depending on the role of the end-user, including lecture style and computer-equipped classrooms. The position requires delivering approximately 27 unique courses to a diverse audience including civilians, military, and contractors, while adhering to an implementation schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Provide training to end-users in maintenance and financial fields using Government-provided materials.
  • Utilize Government-provided MRO Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for Over-the-Shoulder (OTS) support during training classes.
  • Conduct training in person, either in a lecture style facility or a computer-equipped classroom, based on the end-user's role.
  • Deliver training content that includes slideshow presentations, Computer Based Training (CBTs), hands-on scenarios, student guides, and job aids provided by the Government.
  • Participate in Government-directed immersion activities to enhance trainer readiness.
  • Deliver appropriate training courses in accordance with the implementation schedule.

Requirements

  • US Citizen with ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.
  • BA or BS Degree.
  • 1 year of related experience in training.
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
  • Logical, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both in a team and independently.
  • Good time management skills to plan and organize team work.
  • Fluently read, write, understand, and speak the English language.
  • Ability to gain and maintain a government clearance.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.

  • Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) experience (Oracle preferred)
