About the position

CACI is seeking Junior to Senior-level Finance and Accounting Analysts with TS/SCI clearance and polygraph to support critical financial operations in Northern Virginia. The role involves conducting detailed financial analyses, ensuring compliance with GAAP, and providing training and guidance to team members. This position offers opportunities for professional growth and development within a mission-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support upper management with complex financial and accounting tasks.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of intricate financial and accounting information.
  • Complete and submit all assigned quarterly submissions in accordance with requirements.
  • Present to senior management teams regarding various accounting activities and related issues.
  • Ensure records are current and compliant with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Provide training, briefings, and daily outreach in both group and one-on-one settings.
  • Communicate complex technical accounting and program management concepts clearly.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in providing accounting-related advice and guidance.
  • Review the work of others and perform reviews of accounting records and financial statements.
  • Extract and utilize data for presentation and management review.
  • Conduct information analysis and confirm information accuracy.

Requirements

  • TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
  • Two to Eleven years of demonstrated professional accounting experience.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, accounting, auditing, and fiscal control responsibilities.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or MBA preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with degree requirements for CPA and/or MBA.
  • Strong communication skills.
