About the position

The Junior UI/UX Designer will work within a high-quality design group in the customer’s digital department, contributing to innovative projects with a start-up mentality. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to take digital solutions from concept to market, ensuring user needs are represented while balancing business goals and technical constraints.

Responsibilities

• Use design processes such as wireframes, prototypes, personas, user research, and journey maps to take digital solutions from concept to market in collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
• Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for user needs, while considering business goals and technical constraints.
• Contribute to the design and definition of features, along with user research needs, to enable project or product delivery and ensure high quality of design deliverables that adhere to standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in User Experience or equivalent, with a degree or UX program specific certification.
• Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD.
• Strong understanding of Google Analytics and UI/UX principles.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in working with multiple data streams.
• Knowledge of component management and condition monitoring.
• Experience with enterprise B2B tools rather than customer-facing tools.
