About the position

The Junior UX/UI Designer will play a crucial role in designing user experiences that resonate with users. This position involves collaboration with product and development teams to create intuitive and engaging designs, contributing to a healthcare tech company focused on improving emergency medical care for children.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the product manager and developers to create user-centered designs.
• Conduct user research, including surveys and usability testing, to understand our audience and improve designs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that clearly convey user experience flows.
• Apply and evolve design guidelines to ensure visual consistency across platforms.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from team members and users.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a portfolio demonstrating a range of projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and take constructive feedback.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design is a plus.
