About the position

The Junior Videographer & Editor position at MFG Tribe involves creating and editing video content for various social media platforms, supporting the company's growth in the Industrial Manufacturing sector. The role requires collaboration with the creative team to produce branded content, manage digital assets, and engage with the audience through visual storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Work on company brand video content and industrial client work.
• Collaborate with the creative team and MFG Tribe CEO to create and publish an archive of social and video content.
• Support the creative and technical production of video projects from start to finish.
• Support scheduling and posting content.
• Understand brand identity and create content that builds awareness, engagement, and community.
• Capture content with Canon DSLRs and edit via Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
• Run cameras for and/or produce live content for LinkedIn Live and YouTube Live via StreamYard.
• Monitor and curate brand content on digital asset archive.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in filming, editing, and publishing video content, including lighting design and digital asset management.
• Familiarity and proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Strong understanding of all social media platforms, including LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience using Teamwork Project Management software or similar.
• Sound creative, strategic, and analytical thinking skills.
• Natural curiosity and willingness to learn about social media platforms and video content creation.
• Strong knowledge of basic equipment including cameras/lenses and lighting.
