The Junior Visual Designer at EverService will play a crucial role in crafting modern and innovative designs, focusing on user experience (UX) and user interface (UI). The role emphasizes the importance of a strong portfolio and the ability to create engaging digital content.

Responsibilities

• Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts.
• Partner with project managers to help brief and advise clients regarding design style, format, and production timeline.
• Develop strong concepts and layouts for website, print, and logo design.
• Collaborate with other web designers in a team environment.
• Prepare drafts of material based on an agreed brief.
• Work with project managers and art directors for final layouts.

Requirements

• 3+ years of graphic design experience in a fast-paced marketing agency setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred).
• Portfolio demonstrating strong digital (UI/UX) designs required.
• Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability, and originality.
• Ability to interact, communicate, and present ideas effectively.
• Up to date with industry-leading software and technologies (Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.).
• Highly proficient in all design aspects.
• Professionalism regarding time, costs, and deadlines.
• Ability to work onsite at the San Diego office.
