About the position

Entelligence is seeking a Lead Network Architect to support Juniper Networks clients. The successful candidate must be able to work in a cross-functional environment and interact with representatives from Entelligence, Juniper Networks and the end-user. The Lead Network Architect will function as the Juniper Networks products Subject Matter Expert (SME) and will interact directly with the customer's personnel. The Lead Network Architect will serve as the technical expert on executive-level project teams within the customer providing technical direction, interpretation, and alternatives. The Lead Network Architect contributes to the development of new principles and concepts, works on unusually complex technical problems and provides solutions which are highly innovative and ingenious. US citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

  • Drive projects alongside our SMEs to solve complex problems for our most strategic customers
  • Take responsibility for the delivery of projects within the constraints of schedule, scope, features/functionality, and budget
  • Monitor and report on all aspects of your projects including progress, project profitability, forecasted hours, risks, communications and customer concerns
  • Work with the Resource Managers to ensure that your projects have the best people with the right skills and at the right time
  • Contribute to and lead the development and maintenance of PMO standards, processes, and practices

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in designing, implementing, and solving technical problems of Enterprise clients or Telecom and/or Cloud Service Provider WANs and Data Centers
  • Prior experience with both Cisco and Juniper routing and switching, as well as Aruba wireless products are required
  • LAN/WAN/DC and Campus network experience
  • Have a deep understanding of both core and advanced wireless and IP networking concepts, routing, switching, and protocols
  • Reasonable expertise on many of the following will be prerequisites for success: VLAN, MPLS, TCP-IP, IPv4, IPv6, OSPF, BGP, VPN, EVPN, IP Fabrics, Multicast, NAT and CG-NAT
  • Ability to implement Best Practices with Enterprise Customer
  • Experience in customer facing, problem solving positions
  • Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
  • Juniper Networks Certifications are ideal
  • Able to work onsite in Tallahassee, Florida for 6 months until hybrid
