Junksters Haul Away LLC is seeking Junk Removal Specialists to join our growing team in Danville, CA. This role involves driving company vehicles to customer locations, removing unwanted items, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities

• Arrive on job site and assess the job based on the pricing sheet.
• Communicate quotes to customers and negotiate if necessary.
• Engage in conversation with customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Remove junk from the property, including furniture, appliances, and construction debris.
• Use tools to demo or disassemble items as needed.
• Bag loose items and load junk into the box truck, organizing according to company guidelines.
• Sweep and clean the area after junk removal.
• Checkout customers using the Square POS terminal and request reviews if the job goes well.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed, including job details and payment information.
• Operate company vehicles safely to transport to job sites.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing duties.

Requirements

• Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform heavy lifting as required for junk removal.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (1 ticket ok) for drivers.
• Some experience and confidence in driving larger vehicles for drivers.
• Excellent communication and sales skills for interacting with clients and providing customer service.
• Problem-solving skills with attention to detail when assessing jobs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in diverse environments.
• Must be between the ages of 14-23 and a US Citizen.
