About The Position

The K-12 Assistant & Head Elementary & Secondary Principal position is a leadership role within the Independent School District of Boise City, aimed at overseeing and enhancing the instructional program for the school. Requirements

• Must hold a valid Idaho Administrator's Certificate.
• Master's Degree in School Administration, Supervision, Curriculum, and/or School Finance.
• Minimum of five years successful credentialed experience in school administration.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop adults and engage in difficult conversations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills appropriate for various audiences.
• Ability to build relationships with staff, students, parents, and community members.
• Knowledge of Professional Learning Communities (PLC), Boise Instructional Model (BIM), and Look 2 Learning (L2L).
• Experience in observing teaching and providing constructive feedback.

Nice To Haves

• Prior administrative experience preferred.
