Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and mentor a team of staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Implement and uphold service standards and operational policies.
• Manage performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
• Drive key initiatives and champion new ideas to enhance the dining experience.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor financial performance and manage budgets effectively.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar leadership role in high-volume dining.
• Proven experience in leading and developing a team.
• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Open and receptive to feedback.
