About the position

The Experienced Field Service Representative at Boeing Global Services will provide direct support for the KC-46 Tanker Aircraft at Pease ANGB, NH. This role involves technical field support, troubleshooting, and operational issue resolution at various customer sites. The position requires a commitment to travel on short notice and the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support primarily at non-Boeing facilities, including customer bases and remote locations.
• Perform troubleshooting procedures for single system coverage.
• Resolve maintenance and operational issues related to company products.
• Interpret technical documents and monitor product performance.
• Develop and conduct ad hoc training for customers and staff.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of refueling type aircraft maintenance experience.
• Ability to support on-call work during all shifts as required.
• Willingness to travel domestically or internationally on short notice.

Nice-to-haves

• Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License desired.
• Preferred electrical background.
• Previous experience working with KC-46, KC-135, KC-10 or 767 products is desirable.
