About the position

As a Manager at Kearney, you will play a crucial role in the growth and development of the Mobility, Defense, and advanced Industrials Practice (MDI). This position involves providing honest advice and practical guidance to clients, integrating capabilities across the mobility value chain, and working collaboratively to implement strategies that enhance both short-term results and long-term competitiveness. Responsibilities

• Contribute to the growth and development of the MDI Practice.
• Define and implement strategies for clients to achieve short-term results and long-term competitiveness.
• Manage proposal writing efforts and participate in pitches for consulting work.
• Develop new business within existing accounts through client relationships.
• Lead teams and mentor colleagues.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree required.
• MBA degree preferred with 8+ years of professional experience.
• Experience working as a Management Consultant required.
• Experience managing proposal writing efforts and participating in pitches for consulting work.
• Experience in developing new business within existing accounts through client relationships.
• Passion for leading teams and mentoring colleagues.
• Experience in Industrial Products, Automotive, Aerospace & Defense, Transportation, and Infrastructure industries.
• Experience with Industrial products including machinery, manufacturing, and equipment preferred.
• Functional expertise in Strategic Operations preferred.
• Fluency in English.
