Responsibilities

  • Utilize advanced planning skills to maximize productivity in manpower, materials, and equipment usage.
  • Collaborate closely with the Operations Coordinators to ensure optimal scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Oversee job commencement, ensuring adherence to timelines, meeting or exceeding customer expectations, and proper utilization of resources.
  • Provide estimating support as necessary for additional work requirements.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and retain a skilled and reliable service workforce.
  • Maintain regular communication with technicians, conducting daily check-ins and debriefs.
  • Conduct safety meetings and enforce vehicle policies to ensure compliance and safety standards.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for crews and in-house technicians, ensuring a seamless integration into the team.
  • Actively resolve sales errors, customer issues, and warranty claims to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in commercial and residential project management to ensure smooth execution and timely completion.

Requirements

  • Comfortable with heights and physical demands of the role.
  • Minimum two years roofing experience.
